    This is the first time I have eaten from Summer Palace and I can not say a bad word about them or their food. Their food was absolutely delicious. There was quick indoor service. And the staff are very friendly. For a first time experience this is had me very happy and I will definitely be using again Wheelchair accessibility: Their door is on the ground so wheelchairs should be able to access.

    Placed an order over the phone, not given estimated delivery time, just that it would be here ASAP. After an hour I called back, was told order was on it's way, after another minutes I called again as there was still no sign. Finally minutes after that it finally arrived, I had been told to call them if there was any problems, of course there was, it left the shop over minutes ago and it was cold. After minutes on the phone complaining about the delivery time and temperature of the food I was still expected to pay full price for food I had waited over minutes for and had to reheat, but was offered a free meal for the next time, there will be no next time. Think the new management need to get their act together. Oh and the food was mediocre at best.
